It's summer again and we all know what that means: the TogetherSecure summer event is taking place, where all colleagues gather in Wels and spend a fun afternoon together. Of course, this also involves a lot of preparation:
- Reserve a room - Check!
- Get snacks - check!
- Chill your drinks - check!
- Sharpening axe and sword - Che- wait... what?
Well, that's not a typo - our team event this year actually involved all kinds of weapons and even magic ingredients. How can that be? After getting a taste for it at the last summer event and wanting to save the world again, we spent an afternoon playing Dungeons & Dragons this year. Isabella volunteered as Dungeon Master and prepared an adventure. In it, Christina, Manuel, Roland, Emrah and Stephan were able to defeat enemies, fend off dangers and prevent the devastation of the entire country.
The heroes have completed the adventure and are now on their way to collect the reward of 300 gold coins. The people behind the game had a lot of fun getting a taste of the world of role-playing, dice and fantasy.
At least we already know one thing: if we can't think of an exciting activity for a future event, we can ask the mayor of Driftwood Sound if he has another monster problem that we can help him with.
