Navimatix GmbH
Situation: Navimatix is involved in the value chain of the automotive industry. Therefore, the development of information security is an essential requirement and the achievement of the TISAX label is an important goal.
Goal: A TISAX certification. In the course of this, the existing ISMS was also to be deepened, professionalized and optimized in its processes with the help of a tool.
Implementation: The introduction of HITGuard has enabled Navimatix to switch from many Excel spreadsheets. Risk assessments and analyses were administered with workflow support and historically versioned.
Result: There was extremely positive feedback from an external consultant on the use of tools for the Navimatix. He has accompanied internal audits with gap analyses and BIAs. HITGuard is much more effective than the well-known, so-called "table work". Welser profiles
Situation: As a medium-sized family business with 360 years of existence and 2,400 employees, Welser Profile was looking for a software tool to document its ICS.
Goal: The optimization of processes in order to map the risk management process with workflow support in the next step.
Implementation: Welser Profile currently uses the ICS in HITGuard to document process risks and establish appropriate controls. The results are reported on a quarterly basis. Daily dashboards with informative key figures are available to users in the tool at all times.
Result: 118 controls are currently managed in the system, which are processed by 10 organizational units. The respective control managers find the systemic preparation for the users to be very self-explanatory and simple. The risk matrix, as part of the dashboard in the ICS, is a popular visualization tool at Welser.

Implementation: HITGuard facilitates the implementation and operation of an ISMS and risk management with the specification of an established process and the ability to collect all relevant information in one place. All steps from the identification and regular assessment of risks, as well as the handling of the resulting measures, are now handled via the tool.
